Wellington Correctional Centre
DICE Contracting delivered a $4.5 million remediation and future-proofing programme at Wellington Correctional Centre in central-western NSW for BGIS, completing it in three months after the 2021 mouse plague rendered a wing uninhabitable.
Aboriginal Child & Family Centres
DICE Contracting has delivered $2.2 million of upgrade and maintenance works across nine Aboriginal Child and Family Centres in NSW for NSW Family and Community Services, in an ongoing programme.
NSW Courthouses
DICE Contracting delivered $2 million of urgent flooring and painting works across six NSW courthouse locations for BGIS in a six-week programme, completed July 2020.
Youth Justice Centre Riverina
DICE Contracting delivered $1.5 million of security and accommodation upgrades at Youth Justice Centre Riverina for the NSW Department of Communities and Justice, staged so the centre remained fully operational throughout.
Adelaide Immigration Transit Accommodation
DICE Contracting delivered $1.2 million of extension and security works at Adelaide Immigration Transit Accommodation for Serco, completed September 2021 as the facility approached capacity.
Port Macquarie Courthouse Yarning Circle
As part of a sustainability and inclusion project, DICE Contracting consulted with the local Aboriginal community and constructed a new yarning circle with surrounding landscaping at Port Macquarie Courthouse for BGIS.
Melbourne Immigration Fire Rectification
After a fire at Melbourne Immigration Transit Accommodation, DICE Contracting reinstated the affected accommodation wing for Serco in under four weeks so the site could re-occupy the area.
Tyalgum General Store
The general store at Tyalgum in the NSW Northern Rivers had been closed on compliance grounds, leaving a flood-affected community without a shop. DICE Contracting rectified the compliance issues and the store reopened after six weeks.
