After a fire, DICE reinstated the affected accommodation wing for Serco in under four weeks: repainting of common areas and fire-affected rooms, HVAC replacement, replacement of furniture, fixtures and equipment, and electrostatic spraying of beds. The site re-occupied the area on completion.
