About DICE Contracting
01 / Who we are

A builder that self-performs, in places others will not mobilise to

DICE delivers refurbishment, remediation, maintenance and upgrade projects valued between $500,000 and $5 million, in metropolitan, regional and remote locations.

We meet clients where they are, aligning building strategies to current needs, future plans, constraints and aspirations. Our principals bring over two decades of technical experience in complex building works for government, justice facilities and remote townships.

DICE self-performs a substantial share of its work rather than acting purely as a broker of subcontracts. We hold builder, plumber, drainer, roof plumber and gasfitter licences, run over 20 service vehicles and operate plant including bobcats, excavators and tippers. That matters most in remote communities where specialist contractors are scarce and mobilisation, not price, is the real constraint.

Where subcontractors are required we prioritise Indigenous-owned businesses and local tradespeople, and we mentor those businesses so they can win work independently.
